The purchase of any of our properties, apartments or villas, automatically entitles you to the Sansara-BM Casual Membership, entitling you to two free green fees per week. In our ownership model, you own your home at Sansara, with registration fully secured at the Land Titles Offices. Each villa or apartment at Sansara is sold on a long leasehold basis with a term of 60 years or freehold. The property is held as your own asset and you are able to enjoy the full benefits of your home until you come to sell. The leasehold 2 x 30-year lease registered with the Land Titles Office in accordance with Thai law.
